Pretty underwhelming. First, server tells us that they are all out of all house beers and out of half of the others. Sort of disappointing for a place with "hops" in their name. Agree with other reviewers that portions are small and food is generic; prices are out of proportion to the experience. Much too loud in the dining area - too many hard surfaces and thumping music. Guacamole burger was only just warm but was cooked properly; the guacamole must have been undercover, because I couldn't find it. Chicken wrap was good, but the chips didn't really have much taste. Well, we can say we've been there, but I think there are many local alternatives that offer a better cost/benefit.
Had to try the new restaurant in Highlands Ranch. Great atmosphere! We were there during the afternoon happy hour. Buffalo wings, fries and rib tips were pretty good. The White Gummi and Sour Patch drops were awesome. Barnes was our server and he was excellent. Very upbeat and gave great advice on food and drinks. We'll definitely be back and spread the word about our great experience. Welcome to Highlands Ranch, CO!
Hops n Drops opened about a week ago so we had to check them out. Angela our server was very friendly, informative and knew the menu well. We ordered a french dip and chicken sandwich which were both very good. I didn't order a cocktail but the bar menu was very extensive. I want to go back soon for Happy Hour.
