Hops at the Paddock

We found this place on Google when we were staying nearby. Stopped in for some late night snacks. The pizza was a great bar pie. Thin and crisp with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The hot wings had a nice bite. The sweet potato tots were crisp on the outside and soft inside. The cheese fries were disappointing. The were large wedges and had a blend of melted cheese. I was expecting krinkle fries. Wedges are not the norm for cheese fries. The French onion soup was bland. The waitress was friendly and checked in periodically. The parking lot was well lit.

Not great.....the chips with the crab dip were extremely stale and even if they weren't you barely got a handful. There was a black clam...the coleslaw was very warm and our server was very preoccupied even tho there might have been 2 other customers in the dining room at the time. That said the ambiance of the place is ok...but the the prices they are charging I just expected more...big drop from the paddock in my opinion. Oh, decent beer selection.

It’s a very specious building with plenty of parking space. We came in on a Friday and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The service was very great and friendly. The food was delicious and great potions. The appetizer came right away and the main meal came a little bit after. And ti too it off we had a delicious dessert. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the booth was a little to tight. But overall it was delicious and definitely going to come back again.
