Hope Breakfast Bar - St. Louis Park

Delightful place for breakfast. Service was fast and staff was great. The options of drinks there is awesome. My new fav is chai-apple cider which I drank hot , delicious. Pickle pretzel we were hesitant on but every single one of us liked it. We are glad we tried it.

My partner and I came here for brunch on a Sunday. We had reservations but looked like there was room at the bar and a few open tables. It was a special occasion so we ordered the mini donuts which were exceptional! They make them in house and would recommend. I got the chicken fried steak and my partner got the pickle waffle. Don't be put off by the notion of the pickle waffle, it hit a good blend of savory and sweet. Very generous portions. Between the donuts and entree we were very full and satisfied. Coffee was good, a tad on the sweet side but they have many milk options (including dairy free!). We are going to bring company from out of town here next time for sure.

Checked out Hope Breakfast Bar this morning and it did not disappoint! The coffee is great, the food was incredible, and the service was on point! Our server Emily was very attentive and helpful! I tried the German Chocolate Pancakes which paired perfectly with their Sea Salt Caramel Latte! A great blend of Salty & Sweet!
