Hoots Cicero

Love coming to hoots, it’s a less crowded version of Hooters. I don’t even have to wait for a table. Customer service is always great super friendly. Clean and organized. I always eat in the restaurant because I believe wings must be consumed as soon as they come out. There’s gaming inside that it can be use while waiting for your food.

I USED to love this Hoots, so much so that after moving away and not coming here for a while I drove out of my way to get some honey thai chili wings but I was beyond DISAPPOINTED! First their wings shrunk in size, they are like wing dings now. Then I get home and the wings are old! Tough skin, dark meat, OLD! I couldn't even eat it most of it, threw it out, just TRASH!

I placed an order for delivery around 6:30pm and later got a message from DoorDash that my order was canceled and to contact the restaurant. So I called hoots and was told by a young lady that they would help place the order again. From there I was placed on hold several times, at first they would answer and I’d say I was on hold, but then they just kept putting me on hold without saying anything, so I couldn’t even request an update or a refund. After being on hold for *19 MINUTES*, someone picked up and I immediately asked to please not be placed on hold - to please just transfer me to their manager, which to my surprise she said she was the manager. I tried to explain that I was placed on hold with no updates but she was not very sympathetic and said I’d be given a refund and could replace my order after, if I wanted… didn’t even get her name. I have ordered from this location several times and have had mixed experiences each time, good and bad, but this was the final straw. Never a
