Hooters

Service was good and location on the riverwalk is nice but the wings….I don’t think they feed the chickens anymore. I used to really like them but these were the smallest most pathetic wings I have ever been served. On top of that, they have removed all prices from the menu so you don’t realize how bad you just got ripped off until the bill comes. Sadly, I most likely will not return.

Horrible experience. We watched people come in and out while we sat there waiting for our food. Waitress did not keep us informed on what was going on. When we finally got our food some of it was cold and the sorry excuse of slider was actually mini chicken nugget put between 2 buns. The manager attempted to remedy the situation yet not one thing was taken off of our bill.

Normally I don’t review a restaurant if I don’t find it very appealing. First of all the food here as always is great! And when I frequent the Hooters on 151 on the West Side I have great service. The waitress isn’t too bad , but it took a few minutes for me to get seated in a pretty much empty restaurant, and when I was seated I seen the reason why, all the waitresses were sitting and talking with who I believe is the manager. So I am a strong believer in Good management, I noticed the time that I was there that many patrons had to wait to be seated . It seems like a management issue to me. Any other Hooters I have been to isn’t like this one. The waitresses are very attentive and usually there’s no wait to be seated., even when there is a packed house. Could just be a fluke not really sure? In the future I think I’ll steer clear of the one at the River Center Mall and stick to the one on the West Side!
