After an awful experience last Wednesday, I honestly never thought we’d be coming back. However I’m glad I did. We met a new waitress who went above and beyond for us and made sure that we were taken care of. We usually don’t leave reviews but Courtney is 100% the only reason we will be back.
Today was my BF Birthday so we decided to head to Hooters for lunch. The breaded wings and shrimp were good, but the tater tots wasn't cooked long enough and they were cold. The host was Awesome. The manager also gave us our 10 wingz for free since it was my BF birthday.
The waitresses are poorly trained airheads. Be prepared to repeat your order several times. Food quality is consistently good but pricey. Managers are sharp but never stay long. Training dense immature waitresses must take a toll on their patience. New people almost monthly.
