Awful awful. Two managers and 6 to 8-girls staff and aren’t able to handle a Labor Day weekend. I worked for Hooters for 10 years ( 7 in Atlantic City,NJ And 3 in Sunrise,FL.). We had the same staff and worked twice as hard. After waiting 30 minutes and “ the food will be right out” I got super frustrated. No manager ever came out to apologize for the long wait. We were a party of 3 not a party of 8. Makes me sick how the service has gotten so bad. After the manager saw how mad I was then he decided to give me a small discount. I asked him “Why were their 2 managers and no one checking in how everyone was?” Instead I saw them both walk to the back. Unacceptable!! Worst service ever. It sad to say. I hope someone does something to fix the management/ waitress attitude ASAP.
Waitress charged me more than what I paid. She inflated her own tip. I have a picture of the receipt on my phone. My food was given to the wrong table and the server Mikyla wasn’t very nice.
Love this Hooters restaurant. It's literally right on the main strip of Ft. MYERS beach. Food was typical of any other Hooters. Waitress was very polite. They were very busy when we were there. So things were Lil slow. Be patient. They go non stop
