Mannn yesterday was my very first time eating , i had ordered a Buffalo platter & I think they were boneless wings, they were so hard and burned, . My platter just didn't taste good at all, However the Chipotle flappers I ordered tasted pretty good! Maybe next time it will be on point idk. ???? customer service was polite,

The manager is very rude! I called upset because someone clearly ate some of my fried pickles… He yelled at me and said ma’am nobody ate your fried pickles… Why is the box torn at the front and it was an empty container of ranch & ranch poured on the pickles??? See picture below… I also had food items missing instead of offering to correct my order he said take it up with Uber Eats! It’s sad because he could’ve at least offered to correct my order, but instead got an attitude with me like it’s my fault.

I will never ever go back. We came in from out of town. We were starving and we decided to order hooters and bring it back to the hotel. We placed our orders and 25 mins later I show up to get our food. Every waitress is outside playing with a basketball while the manager watches them they proceeded to tell me after I been waiting 10 mins that the system has been down for over 45 mins that my food was not prepared and they will eventually put my money back into my account from where I paid online. If this ain’t the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. Now I have to put in and find my whole family and kids food somewhere else and wait another 30+ mins. I would give them zero stars if I could
