Hooters

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy my time at hooters, but it was truly a great time. I came here with my family and ordered the Mac and cheese burger with their delicious curly fries. Both were very good! The server that we had, Angel, was also very sweet and patient with us and was a very good server. There were TVs throughout the location, a full bar, and plenty of options for sitting. Overall, my experience was great and I hope to come back sometime!

I really hate giving anything less than five stars, but I do have my reasons for this time. Let me preface this by saying my group of friends and I went to this Hooters at around 5PM on a busy Saturday. I know how hard and fast-paced food service can be, and our server Maria was very sweet and nice. We were lucky to get a table pretty quick, but I think there was a lack of communication among the staff. We did get a server quickly, but then another young woman came up and asked us for our order. We explained we had already had a server come and check in on us and we didn’t have this issue again. The menus were obviously old and my friend’s was almost impossible to read. There was a small QR code on the table for an online menu, but if you are going to give out physical menus, please make sure they are readable. Mall of America Hooter’s. 2-5-2022 Been there since the mall opened thirty years ago. 1991 I believe. I’ve been here over thirty times, and ordered the hot wings, all drummies, every single time. And a big tall mug of beer. Those wings are phenomenal‼️ I was lucky, I got the last stool at the bar, I was alone today. Man alive, if you like chicken wings and have never been here, what is wrong with you? I’ll be back again for sure.
