I definitely give the food five stars because it so delicious but the drive thru person that takes your order I hate when they kept on saying “is that it, is that it” they need to learn to wait until the customer says that completel my order

I had to wait a few days to write this review because I was extremely upset at the poor customer service. Hook has delicious food, no problems there. But I encountered extremely poor customer service by a young lady that had a VERY poor attitude to the point she slammed the drive thru window so hard in my face, I’m surprised it didn’t break. The manager (Ray) he said his name was, initially didn’t ask me what my concern was, he asked for my receipt. I had task him if he wanted to hear my complaint as the young lady seemed to be annoyed that I expressed she didn’t take my order correctly. His way of remedying the issue was to provide me with a free canned coke and apology. There didn’t seem to be an urgency on handling the issue with staff. Horrible and unacceptable customer service.

10/21/22 Not only was most of what I wanted not available. I had to park and wait for food after going through drive thru. This place has gone down hill so fast and the service is really bad. When they brought the food out the aluminum foil pan was so hot it burnt 3 of my fingers and when the (too bad I can't use foul language) person sat the food on the seat of my car and burned the seat cover. The manager is a complete ........... Snappers is a better choice for the same type of food. I wouldn't go there now if they gave the food away for free.
