Hook Fish and Chicken

Ordered combo wings and gizzards fried soft and Catfish Dinner. The gizzards and wings were fried too hard and the catfish were fried too hard. My entire order was horrible dry and unsatisfying. Too expensive for horrible food. Parking: Parking is terrible

I love this place. So far, the food, the service and the atmosphere is good. The only thing that I have disliked is the one experience concerning a particular young lady. She is not front counter (customer) oriented. And she said she was a manager.

HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE!! I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and onion only and a Snickers cake. I walked there in the rain and I got home and saw that I had some kind of pound cake and a chicken sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce on it. I call there let them know how they ruined my order and they said they would replace it. I have to walk back in the rain and I get there and they say "oh where's the food?" Nobody told me to bring the food on the phone and I'm walking in the rain. I show her pictures of the food that I just walked there and got 10 minutes ago and how they messed up a simple order and they refused to fix my order. So they got free money from me. I usually support black businesses but I hate this place!! Staff is very rude and unprofessional!
