I got a sample of HongThong Kitchen's Ground Roasted Chili Peppers from my mom. It's so spicy that I barely need much in my cooking. I wanted more, but there's no way I can go back to Texas during this quarantine to get some since I live out in the boondocks of Colorado. So I decided to send an email just to enquire if they would be so kind to ship me some. They didn't have an online store, so I wasn't expecting much. But I am completely blown away by the customer service at HongThong! Not only did they respond to me promptly, they worked with me to find a way to get all the sauces to me since mail service where I live is a bit tricky. I love to support small businesses with excellent customer care, so I decided to get some sauces for my cousin as well for her birthday. I asked them if they could write a little note in her package, and they went above and beyond. (Spoiler: she loved her sauces and note.) Not only that, they misquoted me for shipping prices and ended up paying the diffe

I ordered the Sukiyaki soup and it was very good. Broth was very flavorful and it came with plenty of chinese cabbage, celery, and other vegetables to keep adding to the soup. Great food for a cold day.

Reading what peoples said about this place its not that great...order papaya just plain no taste order fried rice so salty so much soy sauces are something couldn't eat it Try so many time and foods not not so great I dont think I'll will be trying it again
