I ordered online for my family w/ a minimum tip. They called me and asked for more money(tip) or they aren't coming. I asked to cancel the order and they said call your card company and do it ....then hung up. I used to respect this place but the customer service and prices suck. Very horrible treatment. I will spread the word.
They are pricey and dishonest about tipping policy. They automatically add 20% tip without telling you. We end up paying 40% tip without knowing. When I asked about the bill, they are wishy washy about it.
I always tip generously when eating out. It is common for a place to charge tip on a group. But this place charge 20% tip while I’m by myself. Not to mention that half of my order was to go and they put 20% on that as well. A notice should be posted about their policy. It’s absolutely unpleasant experience. Just avoid this place
