Hong Kong Buffet

We used to eat here all the time, and EVERYTHING was delicious. My husband and I visited a few weeks ago for my birthday, and the lunch food was good. Then they started to bring dinner items out, and I'm not sure what has happened. The food that I got tasted awful, especially the fried oysters. I don't know if they have new cooks or management, but the dinner food is not worth the dinner price anymore. I was slightly disappointed. I am just glad we got to enjoy lunch beforehand, because if it would've been all dinner I probably wouldn't have eaten/paid once I tasted the food. On a high note, the customer service is amazing, and your drinks never sit empty. They are very attentive, and they also come take empty plates from the table quickly.

DONT EAT HERE ANYMORE!!!! Used to be a really good place, staff a little uncomfortable, but polite, and was timely. Went in today, and their was Raw chicken on their buffet line, and when made aware of it by myself, they did nothing to correct the issue. They didn't take the chicken off the line or anything. Not only that, the staff reached across the plate of my father while he was trying to eat, rather than going in-between him and the person sitting aside of him. I'm very DISAPPOINTED in their performance today. It was unacceptable, and flat out disgusting.

Before the pandemic and everything else, inflation, ext. this place was really good. What happened yaw, I know the price of better quality meat has went up, but please this stuff that has replaced beef in your Mongolian beef is awful! I would rather pay a higher price for a quality product than this stuff. I’m sorry but we will know longer be eating here. Panda down the road is much better and that’s sad to say but true at this point. Hope you can do better in the future, if not your future in the food industry is over.
