My fiancé introduced me to Honey Grow about two weeks ago. The food was delicious and I am so happy he got the sauce on the side for me! It was so good I wanted some more the very next day. When I went to the restaurant. There were only 2 staff present on line and they both looked extremely burnt out and or irritated. No one greeted any customers that were in the store. When I greeted the staff, there was no response. The kiosk ordering is great but, I did give a nice 'HA!' when it suggested I leave a tip. I'll still go because the food is great but the staff at the Bala Cynwyd location need a vacation, morale booster, staff appreciation week or something because their customer service was non existent on that day.

Entire restaurant was exceptional. Wonderful, friendly staff. Wish I knew the young lady's name who took it upon herself to ask if I needed help. I guess she could tell by the look on my face. This was my first time there and didn't know how the ordering system worked. The only complaint I would have is that the staff does not wear hair nets when prepping the food. Will certainly be going back. Oh and the food was DELICIOUS!!
