Ordered a personal pan Laura’s special and the wait was a little over an hour. People were being seated and getting large pizzas and sides and my order still wasn’t ready. Not sorry to say this will be my first and last time coming. I waited so long I fell asleep. Unacceptable service.
The counter service was horrible. I explained to the young ladies that this was our first time and we were inquiring about the crust of the pizza. Not sure how she could even see us through those eyelashes. We were told the wait for take out was running 25-30 mins; however, it was more like 45 mins. Only because they didn't give it to us right when they came out, they sat on the counter until I had to ask when would they be ready. I am not from Chicago, and I would NOT recommend this establishment nor this pizza. I bought 2 (1 med 1 personal) and after we all ate 1 piece, we threw away the rest. WORST EVER
Food was very delicious fresh and piping hot, cashier was very attentive and polite great customer service store was very clean and sanitized after every customer best service. Keep up the amazing work
