I was a big fan of the San Jose branch for a long time. Once this place was opened I became a regular customer. However, after coming here for about eight times, I had to say many of the times it was too salty and not fresh. So I had to stop going. Really hope this place improves in the future so I can come back.
Grilled chicken is very salty, don’t recommend.
I have been a regular customer of Hom, San Jose for many moths now. When the Cupertino branch opened recently, I was excited because that meant i woudn't have to drive long distance anymore to get Hom. Little did i know that the service and quality do not match with the original. A few times there and i have always been disappointed with the quantity. The box is barely filled. Yesterday's takeout even smelled like it wasn't freshly made. Overall, very disappointed with this branch.
