Holy Hog BBQ

I like the esthetics of the place. Actually I became really excited because I figured I placed that was so well kept should produce great tasting exciting food.... I ordered Food midday 12 o'clock to be exact. I just felt Like the food should have been a lot fresher especially the ribs. Maybe someone left them smoking too long or they were reheated. All you really have to do to determine this is look at the bone the bone. If it's extra dark, all day a reheat. I spent 45 bucks on a family platter... Just wasn't happy with the barbecue at all... Maybe I will try again in the future Once the bugs are worked out. The taller Slender Lady at the cashier register was very nice but you can tell she was either new or didn't understand the protocols of purchase..

First time at the Holy Hog location in Coral Springs and it was awesome. The food was amazing, ribs were thick cut, cooked to perfection, tender, and seasoned well. The brisket was absolutely delicious, juicy, tender, melt in your mouth. My girl doesn’t like brisket, but loved the brisket from here and pretty much ate all of mine. :( The sides were also surprising really good as well. Lastly, the staff was really kind to me, very polite, and made and packaged my food to perfection. This is definitely my new BBQ spot in Springs!

I give this rating because I have been here 2-3 times in the last 4-5 months! Why? Hoping that I would be able to see improvement. The food still lacks REAL FLAVOR, the meat part of the sandwich comes out warm( at best) to cold.....but they heat the buns for you. Prefer the meat to be hot then the bun! The fries are good( yet you can give a few more to the order - lets be real its a potatoes). Had the corn fritters for the first time today. Very good. Still not worth coming back. I wouldn't pay your prices for the sides to be the star of my meal......Update 09/22/22 - still with the same old. These pics prove it. Sandwiche bread wasn't even toasted correctly, super soft and to buttery. She may have been Madd I didn't leave a tip. Why would I for food like this.
