Holiday Stationstores

This location used to be an awesome place to walk to every morning, pick up a coffee and some donuts and be friendly with the staff. I used to spend money here almost daily. Currently? Not the same vibe as before. It's a very negative vibe now. The staff just seem unhappy and it reflects in their service and attitude. I've observed how some of the staff talk to customers and even to one another, and it's just very rude & unprofessional sounding. Management, store manager included, must be pretty bad there since so many normal employees seem unhappy. Besides rude and unprofessional staff, the store is poorly maintained and stocked. It's dirty (restrooms and coffee area ????), there's outdated hot and cold food, & the cooler is very poorly stocked. I also overheard a conversation between two employees about there possibly being a pest problem. I used to shop here almost daily about a month or two ago and the place seemed better maintained back then. Hardly any outdated food on the sales

Patty should retire. She had a terrible attitude towards customers and doesn't have the capacity to perform her required tasks without errors.

"Temporarily closed" after 10pm because they're "short staffed." ie, their management doesn't want to pay people enough to work for them.
