Hiro Ramen

Ordered the gates of hell and porfolio ramen which were on the salty side but very flavorful, rich and filling. We also ordered the gyoza which comes with an order 6 and was absolutely delicious! The prices are great, unfortunately it’s cash only but I believe the fair prices make up for that small inconvenience. Our order was to go and was done in 10 minutes!

Fabulous ramen, super well done and very very quick. We ordered the Gates of Hell, the Black Pig, and the Porfilio ramen bowls, and an order of Karaage. Ramen was $13 each and $9 for karaage. Dinner for 3 at $60 including tip is a good value in my opinion. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the pork belly chashiu was so tender it was falling apart! I had the black pig which was phenomenal with lots of black garlic oil. I added togarashi for slightly more spice. They also have a spice bomb option for any type of ramen they offer. I thought the Porfilio broth tasted too strongly of corn since it has corn in it, but I’m also very sensitive/picky. Server was friendly and the service was super fast. Ambience is nice too. They are cash only which is an important note. Not an issue for us but nowadays many people do not carry cash. ATM was nearby however as we overheard the neighboring table did not realize it was cash only until time to pay the bill. Also the server (maybe owner?) mention
