Hires Big H

**DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION, THE BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING.** My s.o. and I have recently moved into the area, and we love this restaurant downtown, however this location doesn't compare at all. We went in today on a Tuesday afternoon around 6pm, the place was dead. This place has Litza Pizza and Hires Big H at the same place. Anyways we ordered:. Pastrami Cheeseburger Cheese Fries Lasagna Side salad Cheese bread Single meatball Coke Limeade They brought is garlic bread, not cheese bread they had to go remake it. They never brought our salad, nor meatball. We reminded them of our salad and meatball and they brought the salad and a burnt meatball. The burger was descent, the lasagna was good. The cheese fries were old and burned. The staff is really disorganized and it's full of teens running this place. We were soooooo dissatisfied, as WELL as disappointed that we are not coming to this place ever again. I'm not sure why the original place would allow their name, as well as r

We visited the 4700 South location on October 15th for lunch. Went to the drive-thru and waited almost 20 minutes for our food. When we received it the Fries we're dark, old, and deep fried twice. Our burger was also recooked from old. This is the first time we've had a terrible experience at hires. We will never visit this location again. Post

This used to be the best place! I don't know if it was the pandemic or what, but the quality of food has really gone down hill. Couldn't even cut the pizza and the fries were half burnt.
