Hip Hop Fish & Chicken

I like this place and recommend it. The food is good enough and cheap enough to put this on the regular take-out rotation. You can't beat it for the price. The chicken is tasty and the hush puppies are crazy good. The fries get thrown in the box and are a bit soggy by the time I get them home. There's also a few desserts in a glass case - the mini pecan pie tastes exactly like you think it will. They charge extra for some special sauce which is not as good as the free sauces. They sometimes get busy, so it's best to look at the menu online and call ahead. But if you do, you MUST remember the order number they give you because they don't take names. The staff is friendly and all of the employees in the front are wearing masks. A few in the back are not.

I got the chicken and fish combo for about $14.00 the chicken was nice and Krispy but the fish is just skin. It was my first time trying this place it's nothing special and the season they Shake on the meat after it's cooked makes it too salty. I would go back for the chicken only without the season after shake. It's just chicken nothing special you probably could do better making your own chicken at home savings you a few bucks.
