Hikari Botanical Cafe

I've updated my review from 3-4 stars. This time I did an order for pick-up. I had the chicken caesar salad with shrimp add-on. It was very good, the shrimp and chicken were delicious. Their actual cafe is quaint and cute. They have lots of baked pastries and cakes, as well as a nice selection of herbal oils and treats. I'm glad I tried them again. I do recommend ordering at least a hour ahead for a better experience.

I always enjoy the fresh meals ordered from here. My kids love the chicken & waffles. The fried shrimp is seasoned deliciously and the salmon salad is portioned well and flavorful. Hikari also has a fresh bakery on site offering a variety of cupcakes. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today. A great business owner giving good food and service to the Fairburn community.

On July 18 about 10 am I placed an order for (4) breakfast biscuit sandwiches with egg whites, turkey sausage and NO CHEESE. I specifically asked for the egg to be cooked flat and flip and done all the way through. I even tip 20%. End results: all 4 sandwiches had CHEESE and eggs was scramble. My recommendation, I feel the person who took the order should have communicated better with the cooks since there was a few changes different from the menu. Deli, cafe, restaurants, can not assumed everyone want cheese on their sandwiches. I did see no cheese on the smart screen when placing the order.
