High Bank Distillery Co. Gahanna

We had a smoked old fashioned, absolutely stellar. We also had the crispy Brussel sprouts, beef cheek sloppy joe, and green chili cheese steak. All of the sides were fantastic, especially the potatoes. The brussel sprouts were amazing. Service was nice. I'm only taking a star off due to the sandwiches being under seasoned. Particularly the green chili cheese steak, I couldn't detect any green chili flavor.

I took my wife here to celebrate our 32nd anniversary last night. The first thing I noticed was how loud the dining room is. It makes conversation very difficult. We ordered and soon after my food was delivered to the table, but not my wife's. After a while I got our server's attention and he indicated that he had failed to enter my wife's order. He was very apologetic and assured us he would expedite my wife's order. It took a while, but her food finally came out, but the fries were cold when it did. Shouldn't an expediter catch that? She got another order of fries and they were not much better. We got comped her meal, which is the minimum they should have done, but very disappointing for our special occasion.

We hosted an event for the OSU/MSU game for 50 clients/friends. The staff was very welcoming, the food was amazing, the drinks were fabulous, but most important of all… they had in game sound (which is a must). The atmosphere and environment are perfect. I would highly recommend working with them for a group event. Also, my wife and I have had quite a few date nights there and the food/drinks are always great. Go check them out!
