Hideaway Pizza

I’m so disappointed. We order from here at this location about every two weeks on the weekend for family movie night. It’s always been good until tonight. I don’t know what happened but our order was set for 6 p.m. my husband got there at 5:50, and the food was ready. He drove the 3 minutes across the street to our home, and our pizzas were entirely cold, our fried mushrooms were cold and disgusting. The Buffalo wings were good, but also cold. This isn’t the experience we’re used to here, and I’m shocked.

A complete slap in the face to the original Hideaway. The sauce and dough are barely decent, the toppings seem like they come in a bag, and the fried mushrooms are good for 2 minutes. It seems like these people are just running on the name alone and have no idea how to make decent food, which is a fair assumption given the fact that the kitchen is nothing but little high school kids. And the managers act like they are afraid of real work. I'm now a happy Marco's regular.

Ordered online. The only communication I received was that it would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at the counter 2 minutes early to be told that it wasn't in the oven yet. Google maps says they have delivery but there's no option online. And of course they messed up one of our pizzas with multiple random peppers (pictured). Disappointing waste of my time Will not be back.
