Small, cozy restaurant with limited seating so expect a wait. My husband had the ribs and I had the BBQ chicken. Both were very good but be aware that the BBQ sauce is definitely vinegar based. A bread basket is also given with several kinds of bread. The highlight of the meal...the house dressing on the salad! So delicious! Free parking in a lot next door.
This is the absolute best restaurant for barbecue in the city of Dayton. Over 60 years family owned with outstanding old fashioned customer service for the new millinemum. Ashley moves like a ballerina while making drinks,, its truly poetry in motion,and Jennifer was fast, courteous, fabulous and attentive. The owner was even present mingling with the guest, great friendly guy.. This was my first visit so if your looking for great barbecue with the best vibe, do check them out.. Today is November 18, 2022 I had a very long day lost a loved one and decided to step out and get a drink, lo and behold Ms. Ally her customer service is impeccable, her attention to detail is unmatched whomever hired her made an excellent decision. after hearing my parents go on about this place for a long time i finally went myself. i can see why they’ve been raving about this place! walking in, i could tell this was a popular place for the locals and i felt an immediate sense of community. the food is excellent and the service was great! everyone there is so friendly and it creates a very nice atmosphere. i will definitely be going back!
