It's hard to even try the place. Can't place an order over the phone if you are a 'new' customer. They ask you to come in and prepay. Got there and was about to run my card and like it was nothing told me it was a 40 minute wait for the food ???????????????? Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 … More
We love this place. The food is great, the prices are good, and the service is courteous. They're closed the last Monday of every month, which is weird, but it seems helpful to share that. I discovered that after driving all the way over there one day so maybe this will save somebody a trip.
In keeping with the theme/trend from the other reviews I called to place an order for chicken fried rice. This time the guy answered the call and began taking my order and contact number around 3pm. After taking my info he said it would be a 45 mins wait, when I asked to clarify this wait time, he hung up the phone. Now I’m laughing but trying to figure out what happened. However after reading previous reviews, this is so expected of their service! Nothing personal at least they are consistent. As for the food itself there’s no wow factor, it’s just convenient for me or at least I thought it was. Plus if you look at their last food inspection by the Health dept, they received an 85. Terrible service + mediocre food (fried rice only) = 2 stars
