I Couldn't Stop Myself!!! I've been all over North American and I've tried well over 100 buffets at casinos, the chains, and the stand-alone buffets'. I found the Heritage Buffet to be one of the really good ones. This buffet had three of the key points that I look for when I decide on a buffet. The first point is the overall quality of the food, which the Heritage Buffet clearly displays. I also look for creativity and variety. The folks who run this buffet know what they're doing. The overall quality of the food is excellent, the food is fresh, cooked properly and not too overly flavoured, greasy or salty. The meats are cooked as per the doneness, the chicken is moist and tender yet cooked thoroughly and the pork was cooked to its right temperature as well. The vegetable and fruit offerings were also prepared very well and I did not see any wilting lettuce or dry mashed potatoes.
