Herbie's Burgers

Fantastic burgers, Guilderland definitely was in need of more choices. After eating here I believe I’ll be taking a break from five guys and the other fast food restaurants. I also love how it’s strictly burgers, it allows them to do one thing very well.

Love the Albany location but just walked in and was told an hour to serve customers because they where swamped with online orders. I'm sorry but this level of mismanagement deserves a one star. To place online orders ahead of in person is a grave mistake. I don't believe I will be returning to this location. Albany is always fast and delicious. Sorry this is just an epic fail. Especially a high volume weekend like this. Whoever is managing this store should be fired. I love this place it brings back memories of having burgers with my grandparents i will give them another shot. Let me please tell you that the dining room was not packed there where multiple empty tables. With the comment in response i will change my review when revisiting because your food is so amazing. But an hour wait for in person customers is absurd.
