Hello Bistro

I just had a very pleasurable experience at this location! I haven’t ordered here in a while and I forgot the name of the salad I normally get and accidentally asked for a Mediterranean shrimp salad instead of a Caribbean shrimp salad. I noticed only after I got home so I had to drive back and on my way there I realized it was my mistake and I had ordered the wrong salad. When I went to hello bistro a young tall gentleman who was probably a manager told me it was no problem and he totally understood and he was going to remake it for me free of charge. It’s nice to know there are so good people out there. I really appreciate your kindness after a really long day and making the silly mistake with ordering the wrong salad it was much appreciated. So Thank you! That’s how you conduct business

Been coming to this location for a few years and their advancement with processes and technology is a mess. During a recent visit, the self serve kiosks have been introduced and the staff refused to take my order the "old way" and I was informed only an order can be placed through the kiosk or app. I attempted to use a gift card and found out by nagging management that they can in fact still take orders the "old way" and this is in fact the only method to use gift cards. Very horrible "update."

What a great place! So many choices, such great ingredients. Fantastic salads, great soups, and I can't wait to come back for the burgers!
