Had the joy of having my wedding reception at Hawthorne's Backyard! If you consider yourself a little more casual, I would HIGHLY suggest checking these guys out for your wedding! We got rave reviews from our family and friends for everything from the food to staff working our event! Kelly was one of our bartenders and she was so cool and welcoming! The staff in charge of the food service was on point and professional as well! While the atmosphere is definitely more casual, the people doing the behind the scenes work for the wedding planning process were true professionals!! Lou and Heidi made the planning process SO EASY for me and my husband! They were incredibly communicative and answered all of my constant questions quickly. We were planning this wedding from out of state and they were both so accommodating and helpful. Not only that, but they were generally just very pleasant and down to earth people that were easy and enjoyable to work with! Our wedding was so fun and went so smo
This is a great place for a group outing or date night. We had a birthday party here and were able to reserve a large table for our party. Great food options as well. In the backyard, they had live music, volleyball, bags, and a playground for the kids. We will be back for sure!!
Great restaurant. Hidden gem tucked away in West Chicago. One of the best places to watch sports, especially the Chicago Bears. So much energy on Sunday afternoon. Food is delicious and tons of seating to watch the game. Large outdoor patio with plenty of seating to sit outside. Many activities are put on by Hawthorne’s as well from Trivia to I believe bowling. Very cool restaurant to visit.
