There is truly no better place for a satisfying, healthy, well portioned, *extremely* tasty lunch or dinner. I track their menu updates religiously. Always bringing something fresh to the table to try. Grab n go, or stay to eat, because the atmosphere is so welcoming! Lucky to have this gem of a spot in my life.

I am new-ish to Elkins Park, my family and I moved out of the city at the start of the pandemic. Haven Local has been our go-to! It’s reasonably priced and only has organic, local food. I love that their menu rotates to keep it interesting. My current favorite is their French Omelette for breakfast/brunch. I also love that I can bring my vegan friends here and they can still easily eat from their menu. I know everyone loves their fried chicken sandwich, but the soups should not be skipped, so flavorful! The staff and our family have all become friends; it’s the kind of local spot you can’t stay away from. Highly recommend.

Delicious, nutritious and affordable! I love the variety was well, from the crispy pork banh mi to saag aloo pierogis to the Belgian waffle brunch. Can’t wait to see what the chef comes up with next!
