Nice decorated place. Seated at 7:47 pm, not very busy but the ordering and service were very slow. The Miami sandwich was on the table in good time and tasty but the rest 4 dishes were very late, more than 1 hour after we ordered them. The chicken salad, shrimp creole sauce, half baked chicken, and lomosaltado were also very, very salty. We only can sampled small portion. Tried to check with the casher, she said first we seated after 8 and they told us no service (which is not true because we checked the time and texted each other), then she said that were how Cuban food test like, and nobody said anything before. We were super disappointed with this place.
I was surprised that parking is not mentioned in more reviews, be prepared when you show up, there is one way in and one way out, and it's narrow. There's a handful of parking spots that are likely to be occupied and you won't be able to pull in if anyone is trying to leave, and you will likely have to back out onto the main road to leave. Once you get in, the place looks delightful and we were very excited to be here. Do not come here if you are not prepared to wait over an hour for food, the wait staff was in general inattentive and *very* slow. This is a common theme you'll see throughout the reviews, trust them, and plan accordingly, do not wait until you are getting hungry to show up. I'm not talking about spending over an hour here total, but an hour AFTER you have placed your order before you will see someone from the wait staff again. My wife ordered a mojito, but it wasn't until asking for a recommendation between a mojito and a pina colada that the waitress revealed they were
We stopped by here for dinner after a day at the Everglades. The seafood was super fresh - you definitely need to order the paella. There was also fresh juice and shakes as well. Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes … More
