Havana Bar & Grill

The server acted like it was his 1st time - service was incompetent. and the food wasn't all that great either - the Menu that is posted on their sites IS NOT the current menu - "sorry"! and prices seem to depend on what the server felt like charging. which was double what was quoted on the smaller/fewer options menu that was handed out to us. The Hillbilly Band was really good, but wondering why they had booked to play at 5pm on an empty Sunday evening room...

The experience was very disappointing because when we walked in they kept trying to sit us in the back by the drafty entrance instead of at a normal table.... which were reserved for bigger parties. The place was pretty empty aside from 2 booths and the bar. They acted as if we werent paying customers trying to eat and more of a club than a restaurant. Which was proven even moreso when the badly dressed waitress told us that they didnt have the majority of the items on the menu. So we ended up cutting it short and paying for our drinks we didnt finish and finding a restaurant who respected their customers.

This is my go to bar. It’s amazing. The food the drinks, the service is amazing. Ya’ll should try the BURGER!!! Omg they’re AWESOME!! The music, the different bands they have every night, the cigar lounge is absolutely extraordinary! I’ve never been to a bar that’s so clean, so friendly and FULL of excitement!!! I DO highly recommend this bar !!! Bring your partner, your friends, your relatives—I assure you-it’s FUN!.
