Hatch Early Mood Food

Cute spot. The poinsettia was larger than expected and I loved it! My boyfriend had the classic with a side blueberry pancake and hash brown tumblers. He loved it. I had the lox and bagel and wasn't too impressed. The amount of smoked salmon you get compared to everything else on the plate is absolutely not portioned. I would not recommend the dish but everything else about the place was an experience.

Immediately, WOW! Atmosphere is modern and lots of natural light (which I personally LOVE) and lots of seating throughout the restaurant and on the patio. Including large booths and long tables for groups. They also had tvs with sports playing. I ordered an El Jefe drink, at the bar, that was A-1. A breakfast shot turned drink, served with a piece of delicious, perfectly crispy bacon. The whiskey pour in the drink was perfect. For my main I ordered The Kitchen Sink with scrambled eggs instead. The flavors were sooo amazing in this dish. I was absolutely stuffed but kept eating to enjoy the flavors. The homemade hashbrown is a must have. Parking: Small lot attached to location with limited spots. However, there is a parking garage on the same block designated for Hatch guests.

Food is GREAT!!! We ordered the breakfast classic and french toast and additional sausage! Everything was great! No complaints whatsoever! Service was great. I did not wait for long for the food to be served. Our server nathan was very prompt and professional! Hes a gem! Place is clean and loved the high ceilings! Pricing is justified by the food they serve! Lovely place to have breakfast ????????????❤️❤️ I will definitely recommend this to everyone!!!
