Went here to celebrate with family. There was a large group of us, and the servers did a good job of staying attentive. The food was really tasty! My only negative was just that it was so incredibly loud in there, you had to shout even standing right next to the person. It hurt my ears.

Went in and something was wrong with AC and we couldn't order food. Which is ok I understand that, but to charge for chips and salsa when we are ordering drinks, while hot and hungry. Poor customer service. And then I get the most unprofessional response. The owner could have nicely said we are losing money, and sorry for the inconvenience of being hot and hungry. So our party of 20 nurses will no longer be customers here.

There are probably worse places in west county for a beer and burger but you’ll have to work hard find them. There’s a reason why you don’t find locals here unless the patio is open. It was a pretty slow night and I waited 20 minutes to be served and literally no one made as much as eye contact. Ending up leaving and probably saved myself from regretting what came out of their kitchen. It’s my fault, it’s what you should expect from a Mizzou dive right? This is why you’ll never see the Fortune 250 business customers who are neighbors coming here. We would always drive to the Valley rather than come here because the service is lousy and this proud of it. If you’re not here to serve your customers and the community shut the doors so someone who cares about these things can.
