Harold's Drive-In

I went in yesterday morning and was stereotype, slandered all because I ask for a receipt for my purchase because I ask for a extra slice of turkey sausage which the sandwich is 4.75 without extra iwas charged 9.60 for the sandwich. Nothing against Harold's that employee need to be taught you can not talk to or about customers that way because it always turns out nasty which it did got nasty.

I have to say we were quite disappointed here. None of our items were great, but I get the impression you have to know what to order here. This is very basic food folks; I didn’t catch any soul in the food at all. Biscuits and gravy were very bland, pre-made like. The menu was confusing as well; for a first timer I thought the breakfasts were plates, but found out they are sandwiches; also no price listed for them. The place has a lot of potential since it has a following, but needs some fresh ideas and real from scratch recipes. Focus on what you do well and get rid of the bland items. Make the menu more intuitive. Have prices for every item. People come here because they grew up with the place, not because the food is something to get excited about. My kids, while spoiled, all agreed.
