Ordered small liver. Looked at the manager and asked him to cook it soft - he said 'I got you'.... Got home and my livers we're hard. I was so frustrated. I should've called in and shared my frustration but I didn't.
I would give it a zero if I could!!!! Why on earth would they send my food out like this?! I requested mild sauce on everything, salt pepper and lemon pepper and this is the cold mess I received! I will never ever order from here again! This location shouldn’t even be able to use the name Harolds’s!!! This food was disgusting!!!
I haven’t even got my order yet to review the taste of the chicken. This is CRAZY….. ordered the food over the phone… came in to pick up the food…. LITERALLY THE WORKER GOT ON HIS SKATEBOARD AND ROAD INTO THE SUNSET!!!!! I CAN’T MAKE THIS UP! He gave us our pops and left the restaurant unattended with customers in the front looking stupid!!!!! Should we leave? Should we stay??? Ten minutes passed by and eventually as we were walking out the building… an employee walked in! I’m super disappointed! I hate poor customer service, and poor communication. Now let’s get into the taste of the chicken… I’ll brb……decent chicken… not enough sauce overall bad service!!
