Stopped here after leaving the Taste of Chicago due to overcrowding. This place had a line outside the door but the staff did great processing orders. The chicken was delivered hot and the fries were some of the best I’ve had. I also had mine with the bbq sauce which was a delicious dip for my fries.
This was my first time in Chicago but my second time having Harold’s,(First time was in Phoenix, AZ).Idk,this location just fell pretty flat for me.Shrimp was fried too hard,chicken still had feathers on it.The fries were mediocre.The Harold’s in Phoenix was a better experience.
Got recommended to try this place when I asked for a good spot in Downtown Chicago. Maybe I had my hopes up a bit high but it was alright. Wasn't bad in the slightest bit but nothing too crazy.
