For a line and in Henrico, had what I wanted, quick, accurate, changed my order when at the window and well worth the value. Great customer service and no problems with them. Will be back again. Features: Wasn't busy when I came and went through the drive thru but saw no COVID19 issues there.
On Friday June 17th around 6 PM I went to pick up an online order for someone. My shoe was stuck to the floor in the lobby. The 2 ladies that were in the front were sitting in a booth with their cell phones and laptops plugged up in the front of the restaurant. They weren't friendly and ignored me when I entered the restaurant. I basically had to keep asking for the order before one of them responded. As I waited for the order I noticed the bin that the cook was placing the food in after it was prepared was dirty too. This place needs to be shut down everything in there looked dirty. ????
Wasn't what the hype was about....meat was tasteless....I would say if your hungover this is a great place to get a nice greasy burger....but other than that kind of occasion, it's just not it.
