Hardee's

Went through the drive thru at 8 pm on Tuesday 8/30. There was no one else in line. Had to wait 15 mins for my order of 4 burgers which they messed up and had to remake twice. Twice!! And that was another 10-15 minute wait each time! And the second time was still messed up, i said no onion and they still gave me onion but I sure wasn't about to wait another 20 minutes for that....Seriously??? How incompetant can you be? Took over 35 mins in an empty drive thru for 4 burgers that weren't even custom, I just asked for them plain and they still slathered all kinds of condiments on them. Now I know why i was the only one there. Yeah i wont be back ever. Terrible service, rude and lazy workers.

This location is the worst. They open and close whenever they feel like it. I cant remember the last time you were actually able to go inside the building. The door is always locked with no signs on door explaining why. I dont think they care at this location.

I have had issues with this location on multiple visits. The dining room never seems to be open and the drive thru line is always long. Last visit, they got my order wrong. Today, after sitting in the line for 20 minutes, they told me they didn’t have my mobile order. I had to order (and pay) again. I verified that they charged me for my mobile order. Also, it seemed like there was only one person there working.
