Hardee's

Literally wasted 25 minutes in the drive thru waiting for food that I was told was coming. Finally got tired of waiting because by this time my break was over, and finally went inside to see what was taking so long. The employees just had my meal sitting on the counter getting cold.. one of the rude workers very nonchalantly said "oh yea, I forgot about that." . So my whole lunch break was ruined because these workers very clearly don't want to be here. They weren't even busy.. just 2 cars in the line and I was one of them. Just unacceptable.

I have no clue why the drive thru staff are always rude. They seem to hate their job and make all customers aware of this. During the stores remodeling time they should consider hiring less sassy and negative people.

Google asked, so here I go answer. Nothing against this location in specific. I hardly ever eat fast food but I craved a burger and Hardee's is close to my house. I remember liking it more than other fast food places in the past so I said why not?! For $9 bucks you might as well order a burger at a restaurant chain with fresh meat patties. Half way through mine I could feel bloating and I was getting full which typically doesn't happen. I can eat half pound burgers easy and more, give me the fries and appetizers please! Tonight I'm still awake burping and having acid reflux which also never happens bc I don't eat fast food normally. Doubt I'll go back or eat burgers at any fast food restaurant.
