We went here for my son’s birthday and I must say- we won’t ever return. We all wished we had opted for Shake Shake. It was sooooo much better. So we took my burger eating son and he got the burger and I got it as well (the Legendary- which I wonder how it got it’s name), my other son and husband opted for the cowboy ribeye. My sons came out pretty red and bloody. Guildana was our waitress. She wasn’t too attentive but she wasn’t a bad waitress either. I assume she was extremely busy. She took back his steak- it took 30+ minutes for him to get it back. Everyone was done “picking over their food” so we opted to get it to go. The loaded fries are the worse I ever had. They compted us for his steak. The waitress did bring out him a birthday Sundae (which is why the 2 stars are given). The drinks were not good. Burgers were not good. We got the souvenir cup with the Hurricane drink. The lady at the pickup location - no personality. No greeting. No hi. No bye. We all agreed- it’s a HARD NO
The classic nachos were ok. I think black beans would've been better than the red beans. The twisted Mac and cheese and chicken was good. My daughter and I loved it. My husband ordered the Messi Burger and sadly was not great. It looked nothing like the picture nice and big and tall. His was flat looking and nasty in my opinion. He didn't care for it but ate it cause he was hungry. The Burger alone was $13 so you would think for that price it would be worth such a price but nope. The menu has gotten smaller but the prices have gotten higher. I'm not sure we will come back. It has gone downhill in my opinion.
Always my fav place when there is one in town. Probably been to 30 or so of the 185 stores. Never disappoints. This one is similar to Tampa with the Hotel and Casino on site as well. Go early, there's never a slow night. Love the Hard Rock. Paris, Guatemala City, Dubai, always great no matter where you go!
