Great quality and experience. Bask in the smoke when you enter. I wish they made that into a cologne. The smoker is right in front of you to pick your meats. We tried the brisket, chicken, sausage and ribs. I was a pretty big fan of the ribs and sausage. The brisket was ok and the chicken was above average. After picking your meats you pick your sides. I tried the bacon potato salad and the corn. I'd strongly recommend the corn. The rest of the group got some other sides, the mac and cheese seemed a good choice. Beans and drinks are in endless supply around the communal eating tables. Great atmosphere and team. There is seating indoors and out. No complaints.

It’s the perfect Texas bbq experience! They have smokers indoors that really appeal to your olfactory senses before you even get to order. The food is delicious and the meat was tender and juicy. The brisket was superb. We didn’t particularly like the steak but overall the rest of the food made up for it.

1st timer & Wow! This place came highly recommended and I’m excited me and my girlfriend were able to try it! When you walk in, it’s like walking into a smoker lol straight grill & charcoal. Please pay attention to the signs as they are there to help you understand how ever works as well as placing your order smoothly. We went about peak dinner time and those signs were helpful for someone unfamiliar and also to keep the line moving (that matters). As you get ready to order everything it is similar to a buffet style minus multiple people breathing over everything (which is a plus).The meat comes by the 1/2 pd so use your own discretion. I got ribs, brisket, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and fries. The meat was amazingly well made, 10/10. The corn was not anything exciting-sadly. I feel like the restaurant being a bbq spot that the corn could’ve been better! Fries and coleslaw was so fresh, 10/10. Overall successful visit and I’d definitely recommend! Thank you Hard 8!
