Happy Family Restaurant

Service was amazing! I love that I can eat everything on the menu!!! Had the sweet and sour pork and the fried rice! It was so much food. Enough for four people! The tea was perfect to warm up before and after the meal! Food came out fast. The place was tidy.

My first experience was awful. The food was not the best, and the service? The worst. Our server Jason was ignoring us for more than 10 minutes and some other lady attended us instead. Then the treatment we received was different as well. I observed that he was very welcoming to other tables and asking how their food was, but when he turned to us he would ignore us. He gave me an empty chili sauce when I asked for a full one and told me not to use too much. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m never going to return.

The workers were very rude, and were gossiping about the customers that had left. They had a bad attitude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I get it, everybody has bad work days. But that doesn’t give them the right to sit around and bad mouth customers in front of other customers. It is disrespectful and does not make them look good. The atmosphere was depressing, and the waiters barely made any interaction. Would not recommend, considering the food was average and the service was terrible. I was in awe at how bad this place was. I was excited too, how disappointing. The name “Happy Family” doesn’t live up to its name.
