Hanagi Restaurant

The restaurant is located inside the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. As soon as you enter and get your parking ticket, drive straight and park near the roundabout of the hotel lobby. That’s the only way to make it in. The ambiance inside the restaurant was excellent. The food was also good. The size of the sushi in this place is bigger than usual but great and delicious. We started off with Garlic Edamame which was great and not drenched in to much sauce. The middle roll is spicy salmon roll and the colorful one is the rainbow roll.

Wonderful low-key place right in Anaheim. This place is in a hotel and it was very odd at first. However, the restaurant itself is amazingly decorated. The booths are well decorated and pleasant. The lighting was very good as well . The sushi was simply amazing. We had the omakase it was well worth the price. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Definitely ask for the specials and listen to the waiters recommendations. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed a late dinner after a full day at Disneyland. We ordered edamame and tempura to start, several pieces of nigiri, the Hanagi roll, tempura roll and California roll.. All were delicious. The nigiri was fresh and well-plated. Perfect end to our time here in Anaheim.
