If I could give them zero stars I would my food was super cold i waited 45min for fresh ribs and they still gave me a old cold rib smh then the Mac&Cheese is dry greens wasn't done and the CAN yams wasn't it only thing that was good was the STORE BOUGHT cornbread... first impression IS EVERYTHING and this wasn't it
Hamtown is the best place to go if your looking for amazing soul food cooked fresh daily with expertise and a passion for cooking incredible food. Everything I've had from here has been delicious, even the mashed potatoes and gravy which may seem basic and underwhelming is so flavorful, smooth and rich, believe me the mash is not to be overlooked. Anything you order from hamtown will undoubtedly hit the soul food craving you have.
Food is great!! Finally a BBQ/Soul food spot in Hamtramck. BBQ ribs are so good! Corn bread was dry and not what I expected.
