Vegetable Ramen - as most use pork broth. However their ramen is really rich in flavor. The noodles feel fresh, broth is very light yet smells amazing.

This Ramen shop near the bustling street of Little Tokyo is a delightful place to stop and eat. It seems very authentic and like what you would find in Japan. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I got the Mentaiko Tonkotsu Ramen with everything topping and I devoured it it was so good. My wife got the God Fire Ramen which was also delicious and had a good kick too it at spicy level 2. We also shared Karage too which was incredible and the sauce that came with it made the dish even better. 10/10, best Ramen I've had in Cali. Vegetarian options: ???? Kid-friendliness: ???? My favorite ramen in all of Los Angeles. THE top contender for BEST RAMEN IN THE CITY. The noodles are fresh, the broth is delicious and everything that goes on top just makes it an exceptional bowl of happiness. Also their chicken karaage is BOMB.
