Went with my husband for a few scoops... Yum! Great service, great treat. Will be coming back here next time we visit. Cheers from Alaska!
Customer service was beyond bed. As one review below stated from not long ago it took over 20 min to get 1 scoop for a toddler. I had a feeling that the lady serving ice cream was passive aggressive about it, the person before us ordered something that was running out and the server took about 5-7 to very slowly scrape the bucket from the ice cream, I swear you not it wasn’t even 1/10 scoop she got out but made people wait. I felt like she was trying to discourage people from being in line, a person or two behind us left the line. I even tried to convince our kid to opt for a cupcake from a nearby stand instead but he loves ice cream too much.
Decent scoop based ice-creams and some so so smoothes. The cones are not so great so I would recommend cups for scoops. Weirdly I enjoyed their packed ice-cream more!
