I ordered some food here, expecting it to arrive before I leave for work. They tell me 30min. Almost an hour goes by, so I call to see what's going on. The guy over the phone tells me they cancelled the order because it was too far. Instead of owning up to their mistake, he just says "nothing I can do, bye." And hangs up. They didn't even bother to call and tell me they cancelled the order. I could have sat here for 2 hours wondering where my food is. Then I had to scramble and find something else before I had to go to work. Terrible service.
10/1/22 @ 11:19pm, I ordered Hot & Spicey Shrimp with brown rice. Food arrived @ 11:49pm. I started eating @ 11:55pm. I've ordered from Ha Bo Kitchen in the past with out issue. The rice had a roach that was apparently steamed with the rice. It wrapped around 2 grains of rice. I won't order from Ha Bo Kitchen ever again.
